Payment Options

The Survival Centre requires payment to be made by one of the three following methods:

1. Cheque - This must be made in Australian dollars. Goods will not be shipped until the cheque is cleared through the company bank. Any bad checks will result in a $25 bounced check fee, and the buyer must purchase in a different method listed below. 

2. Direct Deposit - Please phone us for BSB details, once your funds have cleared we will promptly process your order

3. Buy On-line with Visa or Master Card

Cancelled Orders

All cancelled orders will be subject to a 2.5% charge for the credit card transaction fee which we incur. 

Delivery Information

All goods will be shipped on confirmation of payment

All orders are carefully packed. Should your order be damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately, so that we can arrange for a replacement.

We estimate delivery of orders nationwide in 5 working days. This is a guide only and we do not guarantee that your order will be delivered within these delivery times. Delivery to rural areas may take longer

Returns Policy

We at the Survival Centre make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.

If you are a large organization looking for a specific product or would like to have survival packs for your office this can be organized. Five and 10 person kits are available although they are not held in stock.

If the item(s) are defective, we at the Survival Centre will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit. If an item is damaged by Couriers during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Couriers directly and to contact the Survival Centre immediately.

If goods are damaged we will refund the damaged item or replace the product item. In most cases we expect an immediate replacement.

You must contact us within 24hrs of receipt of goods.

Return conditions

·   Return freight will covered by the Survival Centre on damaged or faulty goods

Returned goods must be in perfect condition (the same that they left us in) to gain a refund. Items that have been opened or are not as originally packed, or otherwise damaged in anyway cannot be replaced or refunded. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
